Epoxy Floor Stairwell
Project Summary
This property manager needed a new flooring solution for a high-traffic stairwell in a parking garage. First, the Major Painting - Floor Coating Division prepped the surface by mechanically grinding the three different areas with a diamond grinder. Next, it's time to apply the primer with a single coat then wait till properly adhered and apply the finish coatings of PSX 700. After the epoxy coating was properly bonded the job site was cleaned. The property manager was particularly pleased with the extra slip-resistant intermediated PSX 700 coat.
