KCI Logistics III is a 300,000+ square foot Tilt-Up Construction industrial warehouse located near the Kansas City International Airport. Major Painting was contracted in the Summer of 2023 to replace (18) vertical expansion joints and repaint the complete exterior of the building, including all man doors, stair systems and hood vents.
