Switzer 1

Project Summary

Switzer 1 is a large, single tenant warehouse located in Overland Park, Kansas. In the Fall of 2023, Major Painting was contracted to remove and replace (110) vertical expansion joints, 1,000 linear feet of wall to slab joint, and repaint the previously painted portions of the building which included the sign band, building entry vestibules, roof cap, gutters, downspouts, man doors, overhead doors and stair systems.
