Project Summary

IP31 is a 400,000 square foot industrial building located occupied by a single tenant. In the Fall of 2023, Major Painting was contracted to replace (5) vertical expansion joints, 1,400 linear feet of wall to slab joint and apply (1) coat of exterior finish paint to the complete exterior of the building. In total over 500 gallons of paint were applied.
