Project Scope

- Pressure wash all areas of EFIS (exterior insulation finishing system) along the front elevation of the building, removing all loose paint, dirt, and other contaminates to ensure the new coating properly adheres

- Hand scrape any areas of remaining loose paint, spot prime any bare areas of the substrate, caulk any cracks that cannot be bridged by the coating, and prep all surfaces off that are not to receive paint

- Apply (1) coat of PPG Permacrete Hi-Build 100% Acrylic Masonry finish paint to all EIFS/previously painted portions of the building on the front elevation

- Repair the damaged areas of EIFS around any other areas on the elevations receiving paint(North, South, and East) per request

- Texture is to be blended into the existing

Color Scheme

The color scheme was developed from the existing colors and matched using Sherwin Williams to help the client achieve the updated aesthetic they were looking for.
