8820 Bond

Project Summary

The building owner of 8820 Bond acquired the building in Summer of 2023 and contracted with Major Painting to remove and replace all of the sealants associated with the exterior of the building. The building is a Concrete T-Panel Structure and includes vertical expansion joints every 4-5 linear feet that are crucial to the integrity of the structure. Since the original construction, the vertical expansion joints had never been replaced, therefore all (52) joints were replaced along with all of the sealants around the perimeter of the windows.
