Project Summary

IP6 is a 700,000 square foot industrial warehouse in Edgerton, Kansas that is occupied by two tenants. In the summer of 2023, Major Painting was contracted to remove and replace (10) vertical expansion joints, 2,400 linear feet of wall to slab joint and repaint the complete exterior of the building. In total over 700 gallons of paint were applied.
