Project Summary

10780 Congress is a Tilt-Up Concrete Panel Building that spans nearly 100,000 square feet and is located near the Kansas City International Airport. Major Painting was contracted in the Fall of 2023 to remove and replace all sealants in the vertical expansion joints as well as around the perimeter of the windows on the exterior of the building. Over 5,500 linear feet of sealant was replaced during the execution of this project.
