Project Summary
Blue Springs High School was undergoing significant renovations to their existing building and one of the items included their cafeteria kitchen. Therefore, the school decided to temporarily move their kitchen into their largest concession stand associated with the sports fields on the South end of their campus. With the equipment and mechanical upgrades needed to efficiently prepare and serve lunch to the hundreds of high schoolers was the need to redcoat the floor to ensure the space was food safe and met all local regulations and requirements.
