Neighborhood Retail Center Freshened Up

Lakewood is a notorious lake community in Lee's Summit, Missouri known for their beautiful homes, lake, and golf course. In March of 2016, Major Painting was honnored to be chosen to restore the beauty of this legendary office center at the entrance of the neighborhood.   The two week project included soffit repair, trim board repair, new trash enclosure gates, new downspouts, caps for the cedar beams to prevent further deterioration, removal of an exterior popcorn ceiling, and of course a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Solid Stain.   Direct-to-metal bronzetone was used to paint the back man doors, window frames and gutters as well as 15 gallons of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Solid Stain.
