In the Spring of 2016, Kansass City's commercial repaint specialist were called upon to revive the exterior appearance of the the Famous Custards Last Stand in Blue Springs, Missouri. Custards Last Stand, a notorious, locally owned and operated custard parlor, is known for their award wining custard and is a staple to the Blue Springs community. Problem: The building was constructed in the 1990s and had never been repainted since their initial opening. Due to weathering and age, the building's exterior was in need of a new paint job as well as caulking around its foundation in order to prevent water penetration.Solution: Major Painting's plan of attack was simple, yet effective. Retirement Community Enjoys New Look

Nestled just northeast of 40 Hwy and 7 Hwy in Blue Springs, Missouri, resides a small retirement community. The community, made up of many outgoing and energetic elder, enjoys the outdoors and spending time with their neighbors was unfortunately experiencing excessive wood rot and paint failure on one of their streets. A Color Scheme to Sure Turn Heads

Late in the Fall of 2015, Major Painting was approached by the Owner of Contract Furnishings and his team of designers to come up with a new look for their old, and out dated building. The goal was to bring more curb appeal to the old 6,500 square foot building.
